Last updated: June 28, 2026 - for the "ETA Invoice & Receipt Exporter" extension.

This independent extension helps you download and export your own invoices and receipts from the Egyptian e-invoicing portal. It is not affiliated with the Egyptian Tax Authority or any government body.

Data not sent to our servers

• Invoice or receipt contents, PDF files, and Excel files you import or export.
• Invoice parties, line items, taxes, amounts, statuses, or UUIDs.
• ETA portal session data or temporary access tokens.
• Certificate details, signing PINs, or electronic signatures.
• Client Secret or optional ERP credentials.

How data works in the browser

The extension uses ETA portal data locally in the browser to display results and prepare Excel, CSV, and PDF exports. When signing or submitting invoices, the required data is sent only to the official ETA APIs at your request.

Data that may be sent to us

• The email address shown in the ETA portal, used to verify subscription status.
• Phone number and tax number only when requesting a trial, bonus, or subscription support.
• Subscription form data submitted by the user, such as name, WhatsApp number, plan, and payment proof.
• Limited service logs for protection, such as request time, result, IP address, and User-Agent.

Storage

• On your device: extension preferences, filters, settings, drafts, and cached subscription status through chrome.storage.
• On subscription servers: subscription and support data only, as needed to provide, activate, and support the service.

Sharing

• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising or marketing.
• We use Supabase for subscription records and verification services, and Vercel to host this policy page.
• Tax data is sent to official ETA services only when you choose that action inside the extension.

Permissions

• storage: to save your settings locally.
• host_permissions for ETA domains: to work inside the tax portal and call its official APIs.
• host_permissions for Supabase domains: to verify subscriptions and handle trial/support requests.
